Your information will not be shared with any other organizations or individuals outside of W. H. Horner Editorial & Design and will be used only to provide you with the services requested.
The Host shall provide hosting and upkeep services for the website. The Client may cancel at any time. See below for the schedule of refundable portions of the fee, important cancellation deadlines, and cancellation services and fees.
All content hosted will remain the property of the Client.
The Host agrees to provide the following services based on the type of hosting desired:
WordPress Hosting: monthly backups of database and content, regular updates to core WordPress Software and plugins, SSL security installation, unlimited email addresses, free .com domain name registration
Static Website Hosting: SSL security installation, unlimited email addresses, free .com domain name registration
Initial Setup: migrates website from current host to Host's server space or uploads files provided by client
The total initial fee is due upfront before work begins.
Static Website Hosting:
First year: $124.98
($99.99 annual hosting charge + $24.99 initial setup fee)
Thereafter*: $99.99.
Static Website Hosting:
First year: $84.98
($59.99 annual hosting charge + $24.99 initial setup fee)
Thereafter*: $59.99.
Annual hosting fees will be due no later than one month before expiration of contract. If payment is not received before the year is over, the website will be deactivated at the anniversary of the first payment, and the domain name will not be renewed.
Payment can be made with a check or money order (receive a 1.25% discount) or with a major credit card or electronic funds transfer through PayPal.
*The Host reserves the right to increase the annual cost of Hosting and Upkeep services at his discretion. The Client shall be notified of any changes by or before two months before their contract is up for renewal.
This agreement may be terminated by either party in the event of material change of circumstance, with notice sent to the other party via email.
In the event of termination, the Host shall provide the most recent backup of the website available. The Host will assist the Client in transferring the domain registration to a service of the Client's choice. If the transfer does not take place before the expiration of the domain, the domain will be allowed to expire.
The Client shall receive a prorated refund based on the below chart. Note that initial setup fees are nonrefundable. A $20.00 termination fee is taken from the remaining charge to cover termination services of WordPress hosting, and a $10.00 fee is taken for Static Website Hosting.

Everything will be done to be certain that the website remains accessible at all times, but downtime still occasionally happens. The Host will notify the Client of planned maintenance that might cause downtime and will keep the Client informed about what is being done when downtime does occur. If the Client discovers any issues with the website, he or she may contact the Host via email.
Regardless of the place of its physical execution, this Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
This Agreement may not be modified or altered except by a written instrument signed by the parties to be charged. No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement, or of any breach of this Agreement or any portion thereof, shall be deemed a waiver of any other term, condition or breach of this Agreement or any portion thereof.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement supersedes and replaces all other communications between the Client and the Host, and it represents the complete and entire agreement between the Client and the Host.
